“LOVING & LEARNING: A Memoir of Horses, Dreams and Reality” is about my journey from horse-crazy child to capable horsewoman. I was not born into the world of horses; it took me a decade of struggle to pull myself up by the proverbial bootstraps, and to learn honesty, respect and integrity at the shoulders of these amazingly forgiving and generous animals.
My fondest hope is that others who struggle, who don’t have the world handed to them, who fear that they will never achieve their dreams, will take heart from my experiences, and see the rewards of hard work and unbounded “try”.
I will be self-publishing on the major online booksellers when my book is finished. Right now, I’m completing edits with my Alpha Reader, but I hope to publish soon.
